Love, love, love

Who else is now singing that song in their head :D
This is an order I had from one of the guy's I work with who wanted a posh Valentines card for his boyfriend with not cartoons or anything like that on it. Well I find mens cards hard enough as it is then taking away my stamping this was a real challenge for me but I am quite happy with the result. He also wants a birthday card for him with the same breif. I have not worked out what I am going to do for that yet :S
Well this card is quite simple some matting and layering and the hearts have been die cut with spellbinders dies then the big one I stamped using an unmounted text background stamp (sorry I have no idea where it's from) with a clear watermark pad before putting clear embossing powder on it so it has a bit of texture that looks better in real life. The corrigated paper I have had for ages and just been looking for the right card to use it on. The little heart pearls I love and are from my stash. The best bit is the sentiment that came free with a magazine this time last year.
