Work in miniature :D

OK so its not that small but I just couldn't resist doing a couple of smaller project so these are both 4x4. The first is a little freebie card blank from a magazine I got ages ago then I have added the strip of black and white dotty paper from papermanias capsule collection. The super cute little tortoise duo is from the amazing Paula who has a competition running to use the image and you can win another download for using him :D. I have coloured them with pro markers and added glaze to their shells. The sentiment is a sticker from DCVW.
I am also entering this card for the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly - Cutie Patootie
Crafty creations - Happy or sweet (I think this is both :D)
Polly craft Inspirations - Flash your freebies part 2

This second one is my first go at a criss cross card and I have to say I LOVE it :D I think they will make brilliant invites though this one is just a little note and I can use it for a gift card. The sentiment looks a lot cleared in real life and says "I'm happiest around you" it is from The Greetings Farm. The cute couple is from All That Scraps and I have coloured them with pro markers before using 2mm foam to mount them on the front. The summery papers are from basic grey urban prairie pad and the great threads were some from my stash that I got years and years ago.
I am entering this card for the following challenges:
Creative Inspirations - Oldest stash
Allsorts - Summer days
All That Scraps - Anything but card
ABC - Zig-zag card
Dutch Dare - Criss cross card
Quixotic Paperie Challenge Blog - Miniature
