Sorry about the picture I was trying to take it in a rush as this was a speed challenge from the greetings farm to use this little guy and get the pics in the gallery before the end of the hop.

You asked how I got the paper to the top of the binding - well it's top secret, but seeing as it's you and you asked so nicely I'll tell you.
I carefully separated the spiral binding and took the cover off, covered it and then re-punched the holes with a single hole punch, then I put it back - Ta Da !!!
